settle() writes the rent per token; claim() pays your pro-rata share. Lofty's USDC rent is converted to USDG, so you claim USDG on Robinhood Chain — claims are pull-based, only you can claim your share.

HousePool is deployed and verified on Robinhood Chain. $HOUSE launches on Pons V2 with its creatorFeeRecipient set to a treasury wallet the team controls; the token has to exist before the recipient can point anywhere. Once it does, the recipient is moved on-chain with transferCreatorFeeRecipient and the transaction is posted. Until that move, fees are held by that wallet and nothing is claimable.

Rent arrives daily from every home in USDC, settles per token, and waits at the window. The treasury converts it to USDG; you claim your pro-rata share whenever you like — pull-based, in USDG on Robinhood Chain. Every holder in the snapshot is paid, pro rata.

Each home Lofty tokenizes sits in its own US LLC with a real address and deed. Fractional tokens represent ownership in that entity — not a synthetic exposure.
Lofty (a Y Combinator company) sources, titles and manages the properties and pays rent daily in USDC. House Strategy references its marketplace and holds fractional positions.
Lofty settles on Algorand; $HOUSE lives on Robinhood Chain. The treasury bridges value across chains to deploy capital and return rent — a real dependency, stated plainly.
The ~9% figure is Lofty's stated average; individual homes range higher and lower and can change. Nothing here promises a rate.
In v1 the treasury deploys and settles through a keeper/treasury operator. That is a trust assumption we surface rather than hide.

So $HOUSE launches with that recipient set to a treasury wallet the team controls, and fees accrue there, off-contract, until the recipient is moved on-chain with transferCreatorFeeRecipient and the transaction is posted. That window is a trust assumption, not a mechanism.
Claims are pull-based: only you can claim your share. There is no emergency withdrawal and no admin drain — every owner function is bounded by the pool's balance minus what holders are owed, so it can only touch money that has not been distributed yet. The cost of that guarantee: rent that is never claimed stays in the pool forever, because nobody can move it.
The House Pool contracts have not completed a formal audit. Treat everything here as experimental.

We do not offer $HOUSE as an investment contract, make no promise of profit, and manage no fund on your behalf. It is a token that trades on Pons; its creator fees are converted to USDC and funded into real US homes on Lofty, and rent is distributed by a public accumulator anyone can read. That is a description of the mechanism, not legal advice. It is not audited, nothing here promises a rate, and you can lose what you spend.
From property, not from us. Lofty lists real US single-family homes that pay rent daily in USDC at a variable ~9% average yield. The house funds those homes with USDC converted from $HOUSE creator fees, and the rent streams to holders. The rent is not minted and not ours to invent. It arrives from Lofty or it does not arrive at all.
Then that home stops paying and its rent stops. That risk is real and it is Lofty's — we are the funder, they hold and manage the property. Two things bound the damage: exposure is capped per property, and every position is a real, allowlisted Lofty listing verified before any USDC is deployed. What we cannot do is guarantee a home performs, and we do not pretend otherwise.
No. The yield is Lofty's variable rental yield, around 9% on average across its homes, which changes by property and over time. It depends on two things that can both be zero: $HOUSE trading fees and rent actually paid by Lofty. We promise no rate. We promise that distributions never exceed the USDC the house received, and that "not audited" stays printed until it is not true.

Lofty settles rent in USDC on Algorand. $HOUSE lives on Robinhood Chain, where USDG is the native dollar. The treasury converts the incoming USDC to USDG before distributing, so holders always claim in USDG on the same chain as the token. The source of the rent is still USDC paid by real homes.
